Product Return Policy:
- Call our office to discuss your need for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of ordered item(s).
- If products have been used, they are NOT able to be returned per FDA regulations.
- ALL returns must be in complete original packaging with all product information included. If not, items are subject to a 15-20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of item upon return.
- Return shipping charges may be reflected in your refund amount.
Warranty Repair Policy:
- Handpiece Overhaul - 6 Month Warranty
- Improper maintenance of handpieces voids any and all warranties.
