Q: How long will it take for my online or phone order to ship? |
A: We appreciate your business and will make every attempt to fill your order exactly as requested. Most items are shipped out the same or next day. On occasion, we may be out of a particular item which may delay your order by a day. We will always contact you to explain the situation. All out of stock items are shipped out the same day that they have been received by us. |

Q: How long will it take for my repair to be completed? |
A: As a general rule, we strive to have all repairs completed and shipped out within 24 hours of receipt. If for some unforeseen reason this is not possible, then someone will contact you and inform you of the situation. |

Q: Can I speak to a live technician? |
A: Absolutely. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST . During these hours, we welcome your calls to us regarding any technical or related questions that you may have. One of our technicians will gladly talk you through any problem or problems that you may be experiencing with your handpiece. |

A: Avtec Dental is currently only charging sales tax in the states of SC, IL, NJ, AZ, and FL. |

Q: Does Avtec Dental ship internationally? |
A: Absolutely. Avtec Dental welcomes all international orders and inquiries. All taxes and duties will be the customer's responsibility once the order arrives to the destination country. International orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service unless prior arrangements are made. International shipping prices will vary so please inquire with us at (service@avtecdental.com ) or 888-688-3855 for an exact shipping quote. You will only be charged our exact shipping rate. |

Q: How does Avtec Dental ship within the United States? |
A: All inbound shipping is be done via Federal Express, UPS, or USPS whichever works best for you. All outbound shipping will be done via UPS. All inbound is paid by Avtec Dental. Outbound shipping will be charged to you at a nominal rate. |

Q: How long is my warranty and what does it cover? |
A: New items sold carry the full manufacturer warranty. The warranty varies by item and manufacturer. Warranty information is available in every product listing. Each warranty period begins at the date of purchase and ends the number of calendar days of each warranty period. All warranty claims will be void due to neglect, lack of maintenance, and/or improper handling. Repaired items are warranted for workmanship and against manufacturers defects on parts as follows:

A: Yes. Estimates are always free, however, in order to save time, please indicate which service you wish to receive on your order form. If we are unable to complete this service or if it will cost more, then we will always notify you. |

Q: What do I do if I have a warranty claim? |
A: All warranty claims are tracked accurately by serial number at Avtec Dental. Please enclose a copy of your original invoice with your warranty claim if you have it. An Avtec Dental representative will call you once your return has been received and inspected. |

Q: What if my package gets lost in transit? |
A: Avtec Dental does offer free pick up and shipping on all inbound packages. However, you are certainly not obligated to using this shipping service. Avtec Dental is not liable for the loss of inbound packages due to any circumstance. However, if some reason your package is lost in transit then we will make every possible attempt to track down your package or find you a comparable replacement. Avtec Dental does insure delivery and assume responsibility for all lost orders from here to you. |

Q: What is your return policy? |
A: You have thirty (30) days from the date of purchase to return any item purchased from Avtec Dental. Items returned for credit or exchange must be unused and in original packaging. All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the original invoice or the items will be promptly returned. You may request a product credit or refund. If you have received the wrong merchandise due to an error on our part then we will send a pick-up order and have the problem corrected right away at no charge to you. If you have incorrectly ordered from us, then you will only be charged for the shipping. |
