Effective processing of PEEK
The new MEISINGER PKA24 PEEK Trimming and Adjusting Kit features a collection of PX Tungsten Carbide Cutters. These carbide cutters have a fine X-cut, which makes them especially suitable for the treatment of difficult-to-machine PEEK. PEEK is a high-performance synthetic material that is used more and more frequently in dental implantology and prosthetics. For processing it demands a high level of performance from the milling cutters in order to obtain clean results.
The special toothing of the PX Tungsten Carbide Cutters allows for effective removal of this high-performance PEEK and care for perfect results free from streaks. In combination with a low contact pressure, the PX Tungsten Carbide Cutters provide smooth PEEK surfaces which are optimally prepared for final finishing.
